Ann is very professional and helpful. She did include way too many items in the first invoice, so you have to really be aware of what you do and don't need. But she is very willing to revise the rentals list until it's exactly what you want. She also has good suggestions and lots of experience. The downside about working with Ann is that everything goes via snail mail, so revisions take a bit longer. No email or internet. But the quality of her rentals is excellent, as was the drop-off and pick-up service. Everything was as we need it. So it's definitely worth it.
