We had a great experience with Katrina buying my dress. I told her generally what I wanted and she instantly provided me with the perfect dress for me! She was very patient with me, and that is hard to do when you are putting a total tomboy in a wedding dress! We had a speed bump or two with alterations, but Lina, the alterations manager, was quick to solve all of our problems with a smile on her face and wouldn't stop working until my dress was perfect! As long as you are willing to take the time to dig through some ugly and poor quality dresses to look for the diamond in the rough and can plan early on your alterations, you should be happy here.

They were very nice and friendly. I had lots of fun every time I went in. The girls were always ready to help.

My dress was beautiful however they had a hard time finding my filed every time I went in there and one of my bridesmaid's dresses zipper ripped as we were getting ready to go to the ceremony.

I love Davids Bridal!! They have beautiful dresses, and at very good prices. They make you feel welcome all the time, and are so nice. They do all they can to help and make your planning easier.

My dress was perfect! Bonita who helped me select my dress was also very helpful. Problem came in when it came to bridesmaids dresses. They weren't very helpful to my girls, and then we had problems with the pricing of the same dress for different girls when they were purchasing them seperately. The alterations department literally tore a section of tule out of the bottom of one of my girl's dresses and then attempted to charge her $20 for the "removal". It was ridiculous. I think if I had to do it again, I'd definately buy my dress from them, but probably would have gone someplace else for the bridesmaids dresses. They just didn't seem to care about keeping my girls happy.

Fantastic. Went in Friday morning to get a dress, picked up Sunday afternoon with all of the alterations done! Everything went smoothly except for a missing rhinestone on my shoe that had to be replaced.

Loved the $99 dress sale my dress should have been $ 499 but because of this sale I could get my headpiece, vale, slip, bra and dress for just under $400. The staff was vary knowledgeable I tried 2 dresses I picked out on then the lady who was doing the fitting went to the rack and grabbed a halter dress that I would not have thought I could ware in a million years. She told me to trust her and I did I tried the dress on and started crying it was perfect looked like it was made for ME!

It actually started out pretty good when I got there the first time - my Bridal associate was Erin - very helpful, honest, on top of things - great girl. We ordered the wedding gown with her and two days later also one of the bridesmaid dresses. When asked - as one of the bridesmaids flew in from out of the country me and my maid of honor were told that the dress could be rushed so we can make sure we get the right size. End of April I get a call - Erin left and my new associate was Brandy - that is when the disaster started. I asked her to send me her business card - I am still waiting for that but I guess as the wedding was 2 month ago it is not that important anymore. Beginning of May she calls again and asks if I decided for a dress I would like to order - well I explained that I dont need a second dress but that I still would like to stick with the one ordered 3 month prior and due to arrive May 13, 2008. Her answer was - Oh. A week later she calls me and says that she needs all the orders for the bridesmaid dresses that same day bey 6 pm (she called at 5.30 pm) otherwise we only would receive them in August. I explained when I first went to try the dresses we were told that for the bridesmaid out of the country we could order 1 week prior the wedding and rush it - with an upcharge. Brandy said - whoever told us that had no clue - well actually that is not directly my problem because that girl worked for Brandy's company, so they are responsible to make it happen for the people - if they promise that (you dont mess with brides when they are already stressed with the wedding planning). I had to get measurements from that bridesmaid (when it was in the middle of the night for that pure girl) so that I could find out the next day - when checking if Brandy ordered - she didnt even put the order for the dress in. Not very good customer service to open a big fuzz and then dont do what you pushed for so hard. I already had my alteration appointment scheduled and went to try the dress on and just left it there to get pressed but Brandy even thought it would be necessary to remind me to make an appointment for alterations after I already had everything done and I only needed to wait for the date to pick it up after the press. After your wedding you receive an email from customer service asking about your expieriance but I guess that is just an email because when you actually tell them about your experience - you dont hear back. The dress and the bridesmaid dresses were good though - I just would never work with one of the associates again.Based on the fact that every information is noted and put in a file at the beginning - before you even try on any dresses - you would think those files are to keep them updated and look information up - before worrying the bride that a month before the wedding - the actually wedding gown order from February was not put through in May.

I got my dress for an excellent price with the sale that was going on at the time, but all the accessories and having the bustle added cost a fortune! Next time, I would definitely get the alterations done at a local alterations shop rather than doing it at David's. Also, the alterations took a week, whereas a local place could have gotten it done in a day or two.
