lake of the Sky Weddings

We decided to scrap our big wedding planned for June 2012. I emailed Rev. Dorie and she called me back the next day. Within 2 days, and some emails to Rev. Dorie we made plans for that Sunday. It was a very easy process with her. Rev. Dorie took a ton of pictures and it was the least stressful thing I have done in regards to my wedding. Eloping with her, and having our marriage license notarized, the ceremony and all the pictures, made me very happy that we choose to work with her.

Dorie was amazing; even despite being given a days notice when we decided to elope. We played phone tag for a minute but, when we finally were able to connect with each other, I shared my wedding plans quite easily with her. She was polite, patient, and understanding. She was able to accommodate Christian and Native American vows and blend them quite nicely. She proved to be a multi-talented wedding planner who, not only seemed to know exactly what I was desiring, but was the officiant, photographer, notary, witness, and cheerleader all in one! Great elopement experience!!! A+

This was a little weird for us because it this was the first time we both had ever been married. So we weren't sure about the procedures and she told us what to do as we were doing it and the day of, there wasn't a rehersal.

Photography was great! Limo was great! Got the cd with all my pictures on the same day! Flowers were beautiful!

From the photography to the flowers, it was all as we requested. When we returned from our wedding dinner our photo album was waiting for us. I can't say enough about how happy we were with the services for our special day.
