Mountain Magic Catering

Mountain Magic was great. We had a specific idea in mind for our wedding - a gourmet burger bar - and they came up with a fabulous menu that was perfect. The weather created a last minute change of setup, which they accommodated perfectly. My wedding guests even raved that the passed appetizers were the best they'd had at a wedding - I'm very sad I did not get to try them.

The food and service were both excellent. Peter catered both our wedding as well as our wedding party breakfast the next morning. Both were a buffet. He did a beautiful presentation both days. Only negatives were that we ran out of french toast at the breakfast and he was only willing /able to make a few more, and I don't think we got all our left-overs. Regardless, everything was delicous and all our guests were raving. I would definitely work with him again.

Must be willing to conduct business over email. I never met nor tasted samples prior to the big day. Peter & his staff were perfect for the reception dinner. In addition to preparing a gourmet event, the staff paid attention to details that were not necessarily in a normal caterer's statement of work. As a result, everything went off smoothly and guests were raving about the food.
