Top quality owner and staff. If there were ever any concerns about anything, each concern was addressed and resolved. Their expertise provided much reassurance and peace that we would be absolutely satisfied, and we were. Everything was perfect on the wedding day.

Jessica Pete with Once Upon a Time Events planned my PERFECT winter wonderland wedding. Everything I had ever imagined for my wedding came to life and was so much better than I ever envisioned! I have received countless compliments on how beautiful my wedding and reception was and how they had never been to such an amazing event. During my first meeting with Jessica I told her that I wanted my wedding to look swanky, cool, sexy and romantic, and have that "platinum wedding" feel. She took those key words and made my dreams a reality. From the lighting, heaters and event tent, to the chair covers and the napkins and candles, Once Upon a Time Events had it handled. If there were ever any issues or problems with vendors I was not aware of it as Jessica took care of everything. I had the most stress-free wedding thanks to Once Upon a Time Events. There is NO better event planning company out there!!

Jessica Pete made my wedding AMAZING! My husband and I got everything and more that we were looking for. I interviewed four wedding planners, but Jessica and her team really think outside the box. Once Upon a Time Events did a great job setting up and making sure our wedding was beautiful. Additionally, having them there the day of ensured that the event ran smoothly, and allowed us to enjoy the day rather than focus on the details. I would highly recommend to any bride with a large wedding that she consider "day of" service at a minimum. It's worth every penny not to have to worry about the details on the wedding day. I really enjoyed working with Jessica, Meagan and Shawnte and would definitely work with them again! Thank you!

I needed a wedding planner for the destination wedding I had to plan since I moved away from my hometown. I got the platinum package that included all the service she provides. Overall, I'm glad I picked Jessica as my wedding planner. Improvements need to be made by the vendor: 1. There were some times when I wished I got a faster response but that may be due to my personality. It would have been great if I got an updated email or phone call at least monthly. This is from the understanding that most of the time, it's the bride's first wedding and can get a bit overwhelmed. (In my case, I worked full-time with an extra perdiem job and didn't have much help from family.) They do provide with a timeline but a follow-up calls to make sure things are getting done on the bride part would be great. Maybe since she obtained extra personnel, this can be achieved. 2. The big picture/design ideas were great but I missed out on little things like designing of the invitation/place cards, program, etc3. On the wedding day, there were some times when I wished I got more directions from the wedding planner...like where I should be, what I need to do next.What I loved about working with this vendor.I can not be any happier on how my wedding turned out. I just wished my budget was bigger to be able to fully create our collaborated design. She never forced me to spend money on items I didn't feel comfortable with, she negotiated great prices on other vendors and more importantly made sure that previous negotiations are carried out.Overall, I would recommend Jessica and her team. I had a wonderful wedding and 90% of it was d/t her efforts!
